Wubao Ancient Tombs

Wubao Ancient Tombs is located 70 kilometers southwest of the city of Hami,the tombs,belonging to the latter part of the New Stone Age,cover an area of  5000 square meters.Because of the dry climate here,the dried-up corpses were unearthed with undamaged clothes,elastic flesh,intact eyebrow and unsunken eyes.The hair of the corpses was of brown color.It caused a great sensation when one of the female corpses was put on display in Shanghai.According to research conducted by the scientific research departments concerned.Wubao Ancient Tombs are 2,900 to 3,200 years old.
