At last, you can dive into the bustling Kashgar bazaar (Sunday Market) to have a bargaining shopping experience and try some yummy local snacks. If happened on a Sunday, there will be another animal trading market for locals to exchange livestock.
We will take a leisure adventure to the Pamir Plateau, On the way to Tashkorgan, we visit the Karakuri Lake, literally meaning the ‘black sea‘. This huge alpine lake with an altitude of 3,600 meters (11,800 feet) reflects the mysterious and lofty Muztagata nearby. With the Muztagata covered by white snow and reflecting in the lake, you will be astonished by this breathtaking beauty of picture. After we will drive further to Tashkorgan Tajik populated county and check in.
After breakfast, you can walk along the street to enjoy the unique tajik people’s lifestyle, then visit the stone city, which was the palace city of Puli Kingdom during Han Dynasty (202B.C.-220A.D.), one of the 36 kingdoms in west region; Taxkorgan, which means stone city in local language. It was the joint of both the middle route and south route of the ancient Silk Road.
Then we will go to visit the golden grassland nearby, the golden grassland is full of cattle and sheep like pearls scattered from heaven.
After lunch, we will take the same way back to Kashgar.
It is the last day of your trip. Our guide will transfer you to the airport for your departing flight. There are direct flights from Kashgar to some major cities in China, like Xian, Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu.
